Before he ever inspected an insurance claim, Will spent over 18 years working in construction — framing, foundations, decks, patios, drywall, and full remodels. That hands-on background is what lets him look at a damaged home and know exactly what a proper repair actually requires, down to the materials and labor it takes — knowledge most policyholders' advocates simply don't have.

Will didn't start his claims career behind a desk, either. Between 2020 and 2022, he worked hands-on as a damage consultant, climbing onto storm-damaged roofs and into flooded homes to see firsthand how wind, hail, and water actually affect a structure — and how often insurance companies undervalue that damage.

In 2023, he moved into claims consulting, spending over a year representing homeowners directly through the insurance claims process. Claim after claim, he saw the same pattern: policyholders outmatched by insurance company adjusters trained to minimize payouts.

In 2024, Will founded Royal Public Adjusting so he could advocate for policyholders directly — without ever answering to an insurance company. Based in Dallas, Georgia, the firm now serves homeowners and business owners across Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee, combining that construction expertise and ground-level claims experience on every file.
